  I have been with Temple Villas for almost a year now. My roommates and I are continuing to rent with them for the coming academic year. So far I have had a great experience with leasing agents and maintenance has been quick to respond to any of our needs. They are not the most professional in the way they carry conversation but, that makes them seem more friendly in my opinion. The only woman who seemed completely lost was let go. It can be frustrating that if you pay your rent over the phone w/ card they will fee an extra $20. Rent can be steep ours increasing each year for places worth less than than listed amounts. But, as with any college realtor rent is going to be expensive since they know we are willing to pay. When I moved in the place was clean, I can't complain. I just wish they would transfer my security deposit from my current rental to the one for next year like some other realtors do. I am not expecting to receive my deposit back although we have kept our apartment in good shape, possibly better than when we moved in. But, with their track record it will just have to be accepted. Overall, I would recommend others to rent from villas. Keeping in mind they are the only realtor I've worked with since I moved out of the dorms after my sophomore year. Also, mostly being based on no application fees and the fist/last month rent not being due until the month before move-in. Other realtors we spoke to had $40-$100 application fees and the first/last month due within about a month of putting down your deposit. They are not top of the line but, not the worst either. They work with you and that's what matters.
