  The director Danielle is very arrogant and rude. She never informed me that I needed a money order rather than cash or debit to submit registration fee. After going to post office, I returned to submit application and she told me that I could not submit it. I would have to wait until ccis called me with verification. I then get ccis to send transfer paperwork and she tells the case worker that she has no room for my child. Such an inconvience. working in centre square, I've never had an issue with any of the company's/ organizations except for this one. I won't recommend this facility to anyone. Very unorganized.
