  BEWARE! DO NOT LIVE HERE! The Radian misrepresents what you are signing for when you sign a contract with them: know you are signing for any bedroom on the property, and the management can and will throw you around however they choose to. They do not care about their residents nor the facilities. I moved into an apartment filled with belongings of people who did not live there, and The Radian did not do anything about it for nearly a week. In addition, every single appliance and nearly every light in my building was not in working condition when I moved in. That's not even the half of it though. God forbid you ever have to reach the Regional Manager, because you may never. She is impossible to reach and does not remotely care about the properties under her control nor the residents. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

  Some of the staff is very nice and helpful but not all. System for allowing visitors is virtually nonexistent. Constant fire alarms are a nightmare since most occur in the middle of the night. These two things gravely need attention.

  I am not a resident of the radian apartments but I am the USPS parcel driver who delivers the packages to them. They are a part of my daily route and I must say it a pleasure to deliver to them. When I come in the door I am greeted by the warmest friendliest people you’ll ever meet. From mangment to maintenance everyone greets you with a smile. The property is beautiful maintained and is very warm and inviting. If you are looking for a great place to live in university city I suggest you look here. You won’t regret it Miss Dee
