  If there was zero stars that’s the review this office deserves. Janice smalle is a liar who has cost my household thousands of dollars because of her lies with the repairs that would be done to our property after we moved in. I wouldn’t rent a storage space from these pieces of garbage again I recommend and will be persuading all of mt airy to boycott this company until this woman loses her job and they pay us back the thousands of dollars we lost to her lies. Since we moved in we have been lied to not only by the agent but even by Jeffery elfant himself this company can’t get anything done and they clearly do not care about the people they serve so let’s shut these liars down. If anyone wants to see the state of the household we live in please contact me. If you want to rent or buy in mt airy stay away from this company and definitely stay far away from Janice smallie
